1. FAQ: Shipping & Delivery
Q: When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays. On rare occasions, an item may be out of stock. If that happens, we’ll notify you and process a refund for the unavailable item within 24–48 hours of your order being placed. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Every item is made just for you, so delivery times include both printing and shipping. Most orders arrive within 8-12 business days, depending on your location.
Q: What if my order is late?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, hang tight—it might still be on the way. If it’s been a couple of days past that and there’s still no sign of it, reach out and we’ll check on it for you.
Q: My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Give it a day or two, and check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing after that, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help sort it out.
2. FAQ: Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Since everything is made-to-order, we don’t keep inventory on hand—which means we can’t accept general returns or size exchanges. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you expected, reach out within 15 days and we’ll make it right.
Q: I ordered the wrong size—can I exchange it?
We know sizing can be tricky! Since our items are custom printed, we can’t offer size exchanges at the moment. Be sure to check our size guide before ordering—and if you have questions, we’re happy to help.
3. FAQ: Ordering
Q: Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed, so there’s only a short window to make changes or cancel it. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as quickly as possible—we’ll do our best to help. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it, and our standard return policy will apply.
Q: Can I Add Items to My Order?
We’re unable to add items to an existing order once it’s been placed. But no worries—you can place a new order for the additional items. If your original order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to waive the shipping fee on your second order so everything can ship together whenever possible.
Q: I Didn't Receive an Order Confirmation – What Should I Do?
As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, just in case it ended up there. Still can't find it? No problem—just reach out to us with your name and the email you used to place the order, and we’ll be happy to resend your confirmation and make sure everything looks good.
